What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is calculated dynamically based on our negotiated rates with UPS and USPS, depending on your location. You may choose any of these options at checkout:
• USPS Ground Select
• UPS Ground Home Delivery

Where does my order ship from?

Most Weego orders will ship from main facility in New Jersey.  During the holiday seasons, we ship from our facilities located in New Jersey, Texas and Nevada.  If you have a question regarding your order and where it shipped from, please contact us at 1-844-MYWEEGO or support@myweego.com.

How fast will my order get to me?

We do not guarantee delivery on USPS or UPS. All shipping and delivery times, are estimated by the service provider.  Most orders will take approximately 7-10 business days to deliver.  If you would like a more accurate estimate on delivery timing, please contact our Customer Service team at support@myweego.com or 1-844-MYWEEGO.

When will my order ship out?

We typically ship orders same business day if you place your order before 2pm EST. Please note that if you order on a Friday after 2pm EST, your order will not ship out until the following Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the 48 contiguous states via our online website.

Can I split my shipment in different addresses?

We are not able to split orders between addresses. You would need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple locations or contact our customer support team who will help process your order.

How do I track my order to know where it is in transit?

You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as we start preparing your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for this tracking number to activate. *Please note that small, lightweight orders that ship with “Free Shipping” sometimes do not have a tracking number.  As an example, if it is a small accessory it may ship USPS First Class.  If you have any questions regarding a shipment, contact support@myweego.com
